Andre Schilha, B. Eng.
With an electrical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, Andre Schilha has always been interested in technical things. He helped design his first house with a few unique energy-efficient concepts and has always kept abreast of new techniques. In 2010, he graduated from Conestoga College through the highly acclaimed Home Inspection program from Carson Dunlop. Further education includes general WETT (Wood burning), Commercial Inspection Techniques from Carson Dunlop Weldon and Associates, and other upgrade courses.
Andre especially enjoys educating his clients on thermal, electrical and plumbing concepts without overwhelming them and has some unique ideas for efficiency and general home effectiveness.
Inspections will always be a positive experience, with an outlook that all things can be fixed if they break. Andre is always available for house discussions and even a potential visit after the inspection for no extra charge.
